Petaling Jaya, October 2019 – New proptech firm Didian Realtor Sdn Bhd has launched Didian, Malaysia’s first business to business (B2B) property market place platform that connects property developers with real estate agents and negotiators, to generate more revenue from property sales.
A total of nine projects by eight well known property developers with gross development value close to RM1 billion are currently available on the platform. The launch came after a robust testing phase that saw 300 agents and negotiators successfully use the marketplace.
Available in both web and mobile versions, the platform digitises the sales process allowing agents and negotiators easy access to ongoing developer product offerings at the click of a button.
The Malaysian-made platform leverages a proprietary algorithm to matchmake projects with agents and negotiators based on preferences such as location, skillset and expertise. The system also features digital booking, real-time data access, commissions status tracking and supports backend administrative processes, allowing agents and negotiators to focus on their sales.
Didian Realtor Sdn Bhd also signed a strategic collaboration with StarProperty, a part of Star Media Group Bhd, to enhance awareness of the platform among real estate players and property developers.
The company will focus on growing the platform before expanding to include more projects. They hope to grow exponentially within the Klang Valley and by year two, expand their footprints across to other key cities in Malaysia, as well as reach 10,000 negotiators.
